Delivery
Buddha & Beyond delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver our product/s.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be payable in advance to conclude the order transaction. We have tied up with FEDex Express for all deliveries and the rates calculated are based on actual rates of FEDex.
VAT & Import Duties
VAT is not applicable for domestic sales as per present rules for handicrafts and handloom items in which category our products fall. If however rules are changed and VAT becomes applicable to these items then VAT shall be charged at actuals and shall be added to prices of items for domestic sales.
Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties for sales abroad wherever applicable are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Buddha & Beyond does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.
Please Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.
Courier Charges
Courier handling charges are borne directly by the customer and are to be paid at the time of ordering the merchandise paid to us for FEDex our logistics partner.
GST
GST if applicable will be borne by the seller.
Shipment Time
All our products are handcrafted, hand woven or hand painted. We require 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. We generally receive the supplier’s merchandise in our Order Processing Centre within 15 days. After the receipt of your order, post that we prepare your order and ship it via our courier partners. In case of MTO our customer care team will get in touch with you to provide you the specific details.
Please Note: These periods are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.
Transit Risk
All orders dispatched by Buddha & Beyond are fully insured at no extra cost to the customers.
Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, Buddha & Beyond will email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.
Please Note: The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.
Shipping Address
Buddha & Beyond does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full delivery addresses with the postal code.
Buddha & Beyond will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
Delivery Of Multiple Products
In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together.
Delay In Delivery
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, or any other unforeseen circumstance such as conflicts, uprising, acts of terror, Buddha & Beyond shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.
In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock Buddha & Beyond shall inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.
Please Note: All products shall be shipped from India. At Buddha & Beyond we believe in keeping our customers happy… always. Our return policies are created with you in mind and ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way.
Product Received In Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item
We advice the customer to check the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy, please leave a suitable remark at the time of receipt.
In case the product is damaged or with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact us.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product/s until a set of instructions from Buddha & Beyond regarding the same is received.
In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Do not return any product/s to us before receiving a confirmation from us for the same. In case you wish to return a product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will contact you with details on how to return said product.
In case you contact us with regard to returning a product, your intimation should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that we shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customers’ intimation.
All defective products are to be returned to us in its original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
Safe receipt of defective product by Buddha & Beyond is sole responsibility of the customer.
Buddha & beyond shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Buddha & Beyond shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.
